MOMENTS | Philadelphia Family Portraits

Today, slow down and celebrate your loved ones, in the silly moments…

in the sweet moments…

the rare moments…

and the together moments…

and let’s not forget, the romantic moments.

sigh.

SWEET SLUMBER | Philadelphia Newborn Portraits

Pure and sweet and surrounded by angels.

STUMBLED UPON

I stumbled upon Kay Bryant and her beautiful work last weekend and fell in love!  She makes these amazing bags, clothing, jewelry and more.  I love the vintage flair coupled with a little bit of funkiness in her pieces, and for someone who’s been more of a virtual shopper lately, it was refreshing to be able to look, touch, try on, and talk to the artist directly.  Check her pieces out at Whole Foods – Devon on Sundays from 10:00 – 2:00 thru October 10th, and at the Boyerstown Farmer’s Market on Saturdays from 10:00 – 1:00 thru October 31st.

Let me know what goodies you’ve stumbled upon lately…

Goodbye Summer.

Summer is over, and the kids are back in school, and life is pretty hectic, once again…but it’s also full of  joy and beautiful weather and a season of reflection and new beginnings and hope.  Take time to enjoy it and make time for your precious little flowers. They are the true treasure.  xoxo

JOY | Philadelphia Family Photography

Just a quick little post for Lisa, a photographer friend of mine who met me in the city for family portraits recently.  I couldn’t resist sharing these two shots, they’re just so full of sweetness and joy!  Makes me want to drop everything and go run around outside with reckless abandon.  Oh how I miss those days…

And look!  We even got a sweet family portrait, with everyone happy…whew!

Bright Eyes | Philadelphia Baby Portraits

I think six months is the quintessential age for enjoying baby-hood.  They’re alert, happy, and curious about the world around them, but not quite mobile enough to really explore it!  Little Joshua was perfection; bright eyes, sweet smiles, and snuggles all around.  Makes you almost wish they didn’t grow up! Fortunately, children have a knack for making you fall in love with them over and over again. :)

Loving the quilt made by Joshua’s mama… for his papa!

P.S. If you’re interested in scheduling an Autumn Signature Session, please let me know!  I have just one spot open for September and a handful of spots remaining for October and November.

P.P.S. I’ll also be doing Sprout Sessions on October 9th at Tyler Arboretum in Media.  I still have a few spots open.   For details, register on the client site and enter the pass code session details.  Also, be sure to sign up for our mailing list (on the right) so you’ll get updates and special offers throughout the year.  :)
